I am writing to express my immense gratitude for the exceptional service and kindness I recently received from one of your team members, Mr Lourens. Following the recent passing of my wife, I found myself in desperate need of a will but was unfortunately unable to afford the standard legal fees. In hopes of finding assistance, I went to the Goodwood Magistrate's Court. While there, a wonderful lady at the court introduced me to Mr Lourens, who happened to be walking past us in the corridor.
After I explained my situation and my need for a will, Mr Lourens kindly asked me to wait while he dealt with a matter in court. True to his word, he returned immediately afterwards. From that moment on, he went completely out of his way to guide me through the entire process, collected my details, and drafted everything perfectly.
Remarkably, by the very next day, he handed me three copies of my new will and helped me sign it properly in front of witnesses—all completely free of charge. As a senior citizen and a stranger to him, I was deeply moved by his true professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help. He turned a stressful and difficult time into a seamless experience.
